What are the contents of the package?
We package & ship today’s trendy products that are all made by local businesses! Each month’s package will contain approx. 4 to 6 items that may include notebooks, journals, school supplies, candles, crochet cuties, bookmarks etc.
What if one of the content items isn’t liked?
While we do take choosing our products very seriously, we understand that each individual is different. We hope that you LOVE everything we select for your Teen Spirit Treasure box.
If there is a situation where you don't like one of the items, please share it with a friend or donate it to a local charity.
Do the plans automatically renew?
Yes, the 3-month & 6-month subscriptions renew.
No, the 12-month subscription does not renew.
Is there a fee to cancel?
Absolutely not!
Our wish is that we provide pleasing products for all teens but if the gift boxes just aren’t right for your teen, that's totally okay.
You can cancel your membership and discontinue your monthly payments at any time.
However, we do not offer refunds on packages that have already been shipped.
FAQs
When will my order ship?
Monthly packages ship on or around the 5th of the month. All orders must be placed by the LAST day of the month for the next month.
How much is shipping?
We are always searching to find good pricing for shipping to keep the cost down. As of 09/2024, shipping in the US is a flat fee of $8.50 per package per month.
What is the return policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Any returns will not be eligible for a refund.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
However, if one of your items is damaged or broken, please e-mail us & we will send a replacement for the damaged item.
Is there a receipt in the package?
No. We understand that most orders are gifts so we do not include packing slips or receipts in any of our shipments.

Teen Spirit Treasures
Hi! I’m Michelle Hipps-Kalkan, Founder of Teen Spirit Treasures, the monthly subscription box for tweens & teens (aged 11-16).
The idea for this product came to mind when I was searching for a gift subscription to purchase for my teenage clients. (I am a teen mentor/coach as well). There was nothing available for a gender neutral teen. I didn’t just want a “Get It Girl” pink box or “B is for Boy” blue box.
This mission is really important to me because in today’s world, there are so many labels being placed on our youth; and they deserve to have a special something created just celebrating their existence!
